What we collect

When you request an appointment, the form asks for:

• Your name and how to reach you (phone or email) and your preferred contact method
• Your neighborhood or city and home size
• The package you want, your preferred date and time, and whether you’ll be home
• Your confirmation that you understand our 2-hour minimum
• Anything optional you choose to add (special requests)

If you call, text or email us, we’ll also have whatever you send us that way.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, confirm availability and pricing, and arrange and carry out your appointment. We contact you the way you asked us to.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• We don’t share it with anyone except as needed to run the booking (for example, the service that delivers our website form to our inbox), or if required by law.
• We don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

How the form is delivered

Our booking form is sent to our inbox through a third-party form delivery service. It handles your submission only to deliver it to us.
